Customers wishing to return this product must contact Kemper Medical to obtain a valid return authorization number within 14 days of receipt. A restocking fee may be deducted at the discretion of the manufacturer. Prescription orders or frames with custom imprints cannot be returned. Phillips Safety will not accept any return that has not arrived at their facility within 30 days of the return authorization.
All Phillips Safety frames are fully guaranteed against manufacturer defects (material and workmanship) for one year from the date of purchase. This does not cover negligent use of the product (including scratched lenses). Phillips-Safety will repair or replace any defective merchandise at no charge. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
International Orders: Warranty work on International orders will be honored. HOWEVER, Phillips Safety Products WILL NOT provide shipping to and from their facility. Shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser regardless of the warrenty work being done.
