If you are a medical facility (of any type) and would like to have the convenience of purchasing your supplies with a purchase order. KMI is happy to oblige.
Follow the simple steps below and we can easily get that going for you!
- Fill out the form below.
- If you don’t already have an account, create one here.
- If you had an online account in the past, it may have disappeared when we launched our new website. You may need to create a new account. (Please accept our apologies)
- If you have been a client of KMI in the past and you would like us to create an online account for you, just send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll do it for you.
- Once your account is created, KMI will verify that the account is from a legitimate medical facility.
- Once KMI verifies and approves your facility, you will have the option at check-out to use a Purchase Order number if you so choose.
It’s that easy!
You will enjoy the ability to order directly off the website and check out simply by filling in the PO# in the the box. Your approved facility will be granted Net30 terms and will be invoiced once the ordered products have shipped.
