If you are a medical facility (of any type) and would like to have the convenience of purchasing your supplies with a purchase order. KMI is happy to oblige.

Follow the simple steps below and we can easily get that going for you!

  1. Fill out the form below.
  2. If you don’t already have an account, create one here.
  3. If you had an online account in the past, it may have disappeared when we launched our new website. You may need to create a new account. (Please accept our apologies)
  4. If you have been a client of KMI in the past and you would like us to create an online account for you, just send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll do it for you.
  5. Once your account is created, KMI will verify that the account is from a legitimate medical facility.
  6. Once KMI verifies and approves your facility, you will have the option at check-out to use a Purchase Order number if you so choose.

It’s that easy!

You will enjoy the ability to order directly off the website and check out simply by filling in the PO# in the the box. Your approved facility will be granted Net30 terms and will be invoiced once the ordered products have shipped.
