We have found that using a freight forwarder is the least expensive way to ship overseas. Through trial and error we have found that www.MyUs.com is the most convenient and least expensive way to have items shipped globally. You are welcome to pick your own freight forwarder if you have other preferences. For those who do not, you may apply for an account number at MyUs.com, we will then send your product to them for overseas transport. You pick the desired method of shipping from the available choices at www.MyUs.com. You may also use your own shipping account with Fedex or UPS if you so desire. We can also use the manufacturers shipping account, however, it is usually more expensive because we must estimate the cost of import and customs fees and taxes. The manufacturers will pad this amount so they do not come up short.
When you place an order, please use a US based shipping address of your freight forwarder. If you choose to have your items shipped directly to you via your own account or the manufacturers account, please email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. The website will not allow you to complete the order with an overseas shipping address.
Orders are normally shipped with a leading carrier via ground service. Faster shipping will be subject to actual cost incurred. Motor freight companies may be used should shipment exceed normal carrier transportation size and weight. Please note, selecting an expedited shipping method effects ONLY the time the package is in transit. Immediate shipment is not guaranteed as each item manufacturer has their own lead time as well as picking/packing time.
Shipping rates quoted are for items which ship via UPS/Fedex. Products requiring motor FREIGHT shipments will be re-quoted before we process your order. Also, oversize items may require additional fees, if your order contains oversized/freight products you will be contacted to approve additional charges.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to inspect all merchandise at time of delivery, report any damage immediately, note any discrepancies on the Bill of Lading (if applicable) and RETAIN ALL PACKAGING MATERIAL (whether damage is visible or concealed) in the event a claim is filed due to shipping damage.
All returns must be authorized by Kemper Medical, Inc. and are subject to inspection for damages or wear. Products cannot be returned to Kemper Medical for credit or exchange, unless accompanied by a Return Authorization Number issued by Kemper Medical from Product Manufacturer. Kemper Medical, Inc. will authorize returns for complete credit in the case of a Kemper Medical, Inc. or manufacturer error or defective merchandise.
No returns will be allowed if past 45 days from invoice date.
No returns will be allowed for Specified (*) undergarments, Prescription Glasses, Custom Sized Lead Glass or Acrylic, Opened or Expired models of Radiation Attenuating Gloves, Embroidered Garments, Custom (non-stock) Covered/Sized/Modified Garments or Garments with Custom Options, unless subject to defect and warranty.
All authorized protective apparel returns are subject to a 20% refurbishing and reconsignment fee at the descretion of the manufacturer.
All authorized return of Barriers and Lead Glass or Acrylic are subject to a 35% restocking fee. All Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.(Damages on returned items will be the responsibility of the shipper. For proper credit to be considered, every effort should be made to assure a damage free return.)
A credit memo, replacement or repair will be issued only after the returned merchandise has been received or inspected by the respective manufacturer. Items should not be returned to Kemper Medical, Inc.
